Please try and upload as many of these as you can. Don’t worry if you cannot find all of them, and in any event they may not apply to your particular circumstances –

  1. The main agreement with your solicitor with regard to fees. This is likely to be one or more of the following –

    • A client care letter
    • A Terms of Business Document
    • A Conditional Fee Agreement
    • A Damages Based Agreement

  2. Any other correspondence from your solicitor that refers to costs, in particular anything that refers to how much they estimate your costs will be

  3. Your Solicitor’s Invoice or Invoices

  4. Any letter from your solicitors indicating that they intend to deduct money in respect of their fees from your damages
