We know how important it is for our affiliates to have confidence in the work we do with their clients. To ensure we provide the highest level of information to our clients we have introduced a new portal for our affiliates.

This new portal enables affiliates to:

• View each client referred
• Type of claim
• When client has signed up
• Stage of case
• Case documents prepared and served
• Appointments set
• Tasks set

This ensures our affiliates have:

• Certainty that cases are being progressed effectively
• Know who is dealing with their case
• Insight into the steps being taken to protect their clients’ interests
• The ability to review the status of cases 24 hours a day 7 days a week
• The tools they need to quickly update their clients should their client’s ask them
• Provide detailed regular updates to their client’s should they wish to do so

We are also able to provide reports to our affiliates in bespoke formats and at any frequency required.

We understand that each case we take on is of huge importance to each and every one of our affiliates and clients. It is for this reason we continue to strive to exceed expectations in terms of service and the results we obtain.
