Checkmylegalfees.com have successfully represented a former Client of personal injury giant Minster Law Limited, based in Wakefield.
Mr West, from East Sussex, was seriously injured in a road traffic accident on 16th September 2013 when he was thrown off his motorcycle by a third-party vehicle. Mr West was left with permanent damage in his wrists.
After the accident, his insurance company put him in contact with Minster Law who offered to represent him in recovering compensation as a result of his injuries. Mr West was successfully and obtained a gross amount of £178,500 in respect of his overall claim. Minster Law deducted over £17,000 for their success fee in respect of their costs.
