Checking Your "No Win, No Fee" Arrangement

It's not only after things have gone wrong with your legal fees that we can get involved.

This client had just been offered a Conditional Fee Agreement (a "no win, no fee" agreement) by her newly appointed solicitors for a significant medical negligence claim, following a life-changing medical mistake. For a modest fixed fee we were able to analyse the terms that she had been offered - which were more than 20 pages over several different documents - and explain them giving worked examples of what fees might be deducted from her compensation at case end.

We were also able to suggest some reasonable points that could be proposed to her solicitors which, if accepted, would save her potentially tens of thousands of pounds.

Flawless service, highly recommended

We needed advice to decipher and understand our potential contractual liabilities under a complicated (for us) "no win no fee" conditional fee agreement with another solicitor. Mark produced an exceptionally clear and illuminating analysis, highlighting the key points we had to focus on (and why), and advising on how best to reshape the contract to protect ourselves. We are grateful for his invaluable support and fast, flawless service. Highly recommended
