Louise Cawley -v- Lance Mason Solicitors : refund of £517.00 in legal fees following a road traffic accident claim

Miss Cawley instructed us on 24^th March 2020 after having £625.00 deducted from her compensation in respect of legal fees following her successful road traffic accident claim, in which she was represented by Lance Mason Solicitors.

After we requested a full bill detailing the breakdown of charges made to Miss Cawley, we understood that Miss Cawley had been overcharged by £517.00 by her former Solicitor. After entering into negotiations with Lance Mason, our refund was subsequently agreed Miss Cawley received a refund of £517.00 by the end of June.
